Summary

129 feet -> grades 1, 2 & 3 at presentation.Bad feet did worse. Serial splinting corrected 90% of grade 1, 50% grade 2 and 10% grade 3.Grade 1: foot can reach neutral. Grade 2 <20' from neutral. Grade 3 >20' fixed equinus or varus.

Critique

Useful clinically for prognosis. No testing of reproducability.

Scale of 0-20 on the basis of equinus, varus, derotation of calcaneo-forefoot block around talus, and adduction of forefoot on hindfoot.Four grades: 1, "soft-soft", mild, (1-5): 2, "soft>stiff", moderate, (5-10): 3, "stiff>soft", severe, (10-15): 4, "stiff-stiff", very severe, (15-20).

Critique

Not memorable, Untested in this paper   - tested later by someone else.
